•  Empower managers to become more confident in their ability to lead rather than focusing on tasks and processes.

•       Help managers understand how their natural influencing and leadership styles impact results

•       Show managers how to transcend their automatic reactions in their interactions with others; consciously choosing what to do, say and how they say it to build performance.
