Overview

The fastest way to tackle difficult conversations anytime, but even more so in times of crisis, is to understand and work on your emotional intelligence (EQ). This will help you manage your own stress and better respond to the context of other people. It’s about having the ability to both recognise and better understand moods and emotions whilst understanding what drives those and how that affects others. In this module we will explore:
